About

Meet the two nomads behind the journal.

Benil

Hello — I'm the wanderer behind Nomadic Footprints. What began as a group chat to a handful of friends became this field journal: a slow, honest record of the trails and towns that shape a life on the move.

I try to spend at least a few days in every place I write about. Nothing here is sponsored, no itinerary is packaged. If it made it into a post, it's because it stayed with me long after I got home.

When I'm not on the road you'll usually find me planning the next one, drinking a truly unreasonable amount of Indian Masala tea, or stitching together footage in a café somewhere.

Varuna

Hi, my name is Varuna. I am a software developer by profession but a traveler by passion.

Thanks to my mom, who brought out the inner traveler in me right from my childhood. Every year she would plan trips to different places in India as well as abroad, and together we have enjoyed the beauty of places to the fullest.

Today I can proudly say I am following her passion. So keep sharing our itineraries, and enjoy traveling.
